Athlon XPはPCI Expressのサポートなし？

Athlon XPはPCI Expressのサポートはないみたい。

Athlon XP will have no PCI Express support - the inquirer

This means that if you are an Athlon XP owner and you want to buy a new (PCI-E) graphics card after June/July, you will have to change motherboard and processor too.

別に期待もしてなかったけど、あえてこうして書かれるとなんだか悲しい気持ちになりますね。
まあニーズもないから、VIAのロードマップにもないんだろうね。

初めてのPCI Expressって、やっぱK8T890+VT8251なんだろうか？それともnForce3なんだろうか？
ちなみにPCIからAGPになる時はP/I-P55T2P4(430HX)からP5A-B(Aladdin V)だった。
